I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or significant life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.

My Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored, grounded in the belief that healing and growth look different for everyone. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based approaches, and the Gottman Method for couples.

I have experience working with youth, adults, and couples, facing a wide range of challenges including trauma, domestic violence, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, and interpersonal difficulties. I am especially passionate about empowering individuals and supporting clients in building healthier relationships.
