Hi There!

I'm Heather

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful growth. With over 20 years experience in the field, I have had the privilege of supporting diverse clients on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach may include Narrative Therapy, attachment work and the Gottman Method.  I have specialized experience in the areas of grief and loss, crisis and trauma, women's challenges and couples counselling.  Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress, or seeking support for specific issues, I am here to provide guidance and help you build the skills needed for lasting well-being.

By collaboratively identifying goals and developing personalized strategies, I will draw on a variety of approaches that best support your needs and goals as an individual or couple.

As we work together, I will ensure you will feel safe, heard and accepted.

Embarking on a therapeutic journey takes courage, and I commend you for considering this step. Together, we can work towards creating a more fulfilling and balanced life. I am dedicated to providing empathetic and evidence-based care to support you in overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals.

I feel honoured to walk alongside folks in their healing journey.

I offer individual and couple counselling in London, Ontario, or virtually across Ontario to ages 18+.

I am currently accepting new clients & look forward to working on your healing with you.
