Taking the leap and beginning counselling has never been easier with virtual mental health services. We can offer virtual and phone counselling to anyone in Ontario regardless of your location. Virtual counselling may also be the right fit for you if transportation, mobility or child care is a barrier, or counselling in your own home feels safer and more comfortable.

There is always the option to transition from virtual sessions to in person and vice versa should circumstances shift.
For virtual sessions, we recommend having a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings.
Sessions are available for 1 hour or 1.5 hours in length. Longer sessions are recommended for deep trauma work or if you have a lot to process.
