I'm a Registered Social Worker with a strong passion for supporting individuals through the everyday challenges of life, including stress, anxiety, depression and difficult life transitions.

My Approach
My approach to counselling is individual to each client based on their presenting challenges and goals. Being a young adult in today’s world is difficult. Challenges with relationships, social anxiety, and work or school stress can be overwhelming to manage alone. These challenges can add up over time and you may find that you are not coping as well as you would like. You may become avoidant, feel burnt out, or lose relationships you once cherished. I want to help you regain control of your life and overcome the difficulties life brings. By working together on setting and reaching attainable goals, identifying root causes of issues, and working through stress, I can help you improve your mood, social relationships, and alleviate unnecessary stress.

Throughout our sessions I will draw on various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your personal growth and healing journey.
