You might look like you're managing on the outside, but inside you feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or exhausted.  Maybe you've wondered if your struggles are 'big enough' for therapy, or you're simply tired of being the strong one for everyone else.  If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone - and you don't have to carry it all by yourself.

We offer in person counselling in London, Ontario.  Sessions are available for 1 hour or 1.5 hours in length.  Longer sessions are recommended for deeper trauma work, if you have a lot to process or are travelling from out of town.
